This Privacy Policy applies to your use of the "ZhuangXiaoZhang" home renovation budgeting application (hereinafter "the App"). We take the protection of your personal information and privacy very seriously. Please read and understand this policy in full before using the App.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide directly: Account information (e.g., phone number), renovation project details (project name, budget, space allocation, etc.), expense records (amounts, dates, vendors, notes, receipt photos), and contract or warranty information.

1.2 Information collected with your authorization: Camera and photo library access — only when you take or select photos of receipts or contracts.

1.3 Automatically collected information: Device model, operating system version, app version, and crash logs — used solely for troubleshooting and stability monitoring.

1.4 We do not collect contacts, location, microphone, health, or any other information unrelated to the App's core functions.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to:

• Provide core features including expense tracking, statistics, space budgeting, warranty reminders, and bill export;
• Ensure the stability and security of the App;
• Provide customer support when you actively report an issue.

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, and we will never sell your personal data.

3. Data Storage & Security

Your bills, warranty records, and other data are stored on our cloud servers located in mainland China and transmitted via encrypted connections (HTTPS). Local cache stores only non-sensitive data for offline browsing.

We implement reasonable technical and administrative measures to prevent data breaches, damage, or loss. However, please understand that no internet transmission is absolutely secure.

4. Information Sharing

We only share necessary information in the following circumstances:

• With your explicit consent (e.g., using third-party object storage to host your receipt images);
• When required by applicable laws, regulations, or government/judicial authorities;
• When necessary to protect the legal rights of the App or its users.

5. Your Rights

Within the App, you may:

• View, edit, or delete your own project and expense data;
• Export your bills and material details;
• Request account deletion (see "Account Deletion Guide" in the App).

6. Third-Party Services

The App may use the following third-party services:

• Object Storage — for storing your receipt and contract photos;
• Crash Analytics — for stability monitoring; your billing content is never collected.

7. Protection of Minors

This App is not intended for users under the age of 14. If we discover that an account belongs to a minor under 14, we will delete their personal information in accordance with applicable law.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be prominently announced within the App. For significant changes, we will seek your consent again.
